P L A S T I C

Soon there will be more plastic in the sea than fish. Give up now.

Inexpensive, light and versatile – plastic fits into several aspects of our life almost seamlessly. But with a fundamental flaw – it does not decompose. It sticks in the environment, filling into landfills and poisoning oceans and rivers. India contributes 60% of the plastic waste that goes into the world’s oceans every year. Did you know that 99% of all seabirds will have ingested plastic by mid-century? What’s worse, this plastic finds its way into our bodies through the food we eat.

WE NEED TO CHANGE THIS. BY GIVING UP.

CHOOSE YOUR WAYS TO GIVE UP

PLASTIC
STRAWS

Seemingly small, straws are unnecessary and add up volumes to the trash. If you absolutely must, use a bamboo or metal straw.

SINGLE USE
PLASTICS

If you’ll use it once, don’t use it at all! Always carry a cloth bag and refillable bottle so that you don’t have to buy a plastic bag or bottle again.

PLASTIC COSMETIC
PRODUCTS

Avoid products that use micro-plastics. That may include even your facewash or deodorant! Go organic or make your own products.
