Organize green-themed-games for your employees: Here are some games you can organize to engage your employees this Earth Hour:
- Green Desk Thief – Pick up an item you think is the most environment-friendly from each person’s desk – then display it later to discuss why you think it’s eco-friendly
- Green Quotes – put quotes on environment from famous, well-known people in a bowl then ask people to pick them up and guess who said what!
Hold workshops on green practices: Show your employees how they can easily compost their waste, segregate garbage or reuse old stuff to lead a greener life!
Get your employees’ boots muddy: organize lake/park/community clean-up activities to give employees an on-ground experience.
Host a mass-plantation Drive: Make news by taking your employees on a tree plantation drive. With a team-building activity like this, lucrative and responsible will go hand in hand!
Screen a film on environment: A day or two before Earth Hour, screen a film or documentary on environment themes.
Go organic: Go for your regular team lunch but with a twist. Choose an organic café or restaurant for your outing. You can even have a pot-luck meal- only ask your employees to use organic ingredients to prepare it.
Organize Yoga Hours: Life and nature are inextricably linked. When nature thrives, we thrive. There is no better way to bring your employees closer to nature than to bring them closer to their own body and health.

Spread the Word: Ask everyone around to switch off and celebrate the hour! Feel free to use the Earth Hour posters and banners on your, social media, website and office space to let others join the movement too. Download the Earth Hour kit.
Donate your social feed: Spread awareness about Earth Hour on your social media pages to show that you stand united with us against climate change. Your voice is important!
Wear the Earth Hour T-shirt: Wherever you go, take the movement along with you! Get yourself and your employees some of our quirky Earth Hour merchandise here. You can also order t-shirts with your own company logo by writing to us and we can get them delivered to you.
